The one that swims around the pool is bugging out and can not be hit by melee. When you cast on it, it might take aggro for a second, then swim away after it falls below, or rises above z-axis and resets aggro. Thus regenerating hp, and continuing it's path.

http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=547 The reward is working properly, aside from the coin reward (as well). It is supposed to yield anywhere from 10 gold to 23 gold iirc.

Also, Enic is on the wrong faction. He is supposed to be on the faction shared with Koalindl. I assume that is PriestsofLife
