NPC Spawn Issue: Tox mobs south of the river has almost no gnolls / snakes

I think this was reported in the beta as well, could be wrong.

But there are an inordinate amount of wisps / pixies in toxulia forest.

that is a spawning issue caused by the influx of low level players

I dont think so. There are literally no roaming kobolds / snakes / spiders below the river.

im pretty confident that the pixies / wisps shouldn't be on the same table as the other lower tier mobs.

yeah i saw one skeleton roaming there, wasted alot of time... heading to Qeynos now

Split several spawns so this won't occur again. Fixed, pending update.
