![]() First of all, this isn't a flame / whine thread. I'm having an argument with some guildies and i want to sort this out. Also, I did search for this and didn't find anything - if this has already been discussed please just post a link to the thread rather than crying about why I didn't search.
Now, on to the problem - DOES PING / CONNECTION SPEED HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING FTE WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE (100+)? To my understanding, there are really 2 methods of trying to get FTE. 1. Tab as soon as you see spawn and do something to get aggro. 2. Have auto-attack on and spam nearest target. (Superior method IMO). Now, with method #2, I am aware that you're essentially gambling by having your auto-attack already going and hoping that the mob pops right before your swing (faster delay = more swings = better chances). Anyway, I think that your ping definitely plays a role in using method #2. If it doesn't, can you explain to me why? | ||
