I ask this question because I created an account for the forums(thinking it would give me the game) and then I created one somewhere else(thinking the same thing). I have found no game, no download of the game, no way to download anything. I haven't played in 12 or 13 years and wanted a nostalgia event, but the "new" everquest was not it...a merc? really?
Just looking for what I read about...download the old style game and play. Where is it? Thanks.

Yes it is real but no the client is not provided to you. It HAS to be a very specific client (Titanium box set) no other client will work. Period. You could buy on the Ebays. Or you could go to a....different bay. Either way you have to do it yourself. Follow the set up guides.

It would be pretty impressive if the site, wiki and these fairly active forums were all just a scam to waste a few hours of people's time. As opposed to years, I guess.

Ya I have it downloading on bit torrent atm. I honestly do not remember there being 10 expansions before 2002. As long as it starts out like it did when I first played in early 2000 and not some slave camp with a merc, I will be happy [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

There is only 3 expacs here. The CLIENT has 10 expacs but you will not see them.
