Default Guards - EC

The guards aren't killing or protecting those that need their help. I trained to Slate as well as the guard by the first inn coming out of Freeport and they just stand there. Fix this please.

Are they supposed to be killing what you're training to them?

For example, Halas guards won't kill most of what you train to them, and that's just the way it is.

In the original game they did... they'd also kill steal from you if you'd get to close and you wouldn't gain xp.

Protecting from mobs that have aggro'd to you that you've trained to them. Guards in East Commons. Slate, and the other guard near the Inn (I can't remember his name).

I have experienced this as well. The guards should aggro any mob that comes near them, whether it happens to roam or is being pulled by a player. Sgt Slate is not doing this either. I recall they had a rather large aggro radius too. At times Tolus would get kited nearly halfway to Nektulos from chain aggroing mobs.
