Default The Spiroc Lord model size

I got around to measuring some old screenshots of the Spiroc Lord compared to P99 and believe the P99 model should be about 25% bigger than it currently is. I did this by scaling a classic image model to the approximate size of a P99 image, and then comparing other character models and ratios.

The Spiroc Lord on the left is what I believe the true size should look like after the suggested scaling increase.

I realize most don't care about this, but I have a sickness that cannot be cured...

Wow, he certainly looks bigger than i thought, I'll do some scale testing in the next few days and dig up some additional images to cross reference.

I decreased it a bit. I think this looks good. I also looked at some classic screenshots.
