Game Mechanics: Night / Day Effects in Toxxulia Forest

Hello!

I do not know if this is a bug or just my computer acting up, but lately, I've noticed that if I gate into or zone into Toxxulia Forest during the night hours, once morning and the day hours begin, the night effects of darkness do not disperse. I intentionally keep the brightness and gamma down on my gaming to mimic the old night vision effects. And I know being a forest, you never see the sun. But the light effects will not work until I zone out and then back in. Once I get the light effects, they will darken during the night hours, but not the near pitch black I appear to get initially. The zone either remains completely dark or light into twilight effect.

Anybody else get these effects?
