Game Mechanics: Newbie guards in Toxxulia don't attack enemies

The guards at the entrance to Erudin appear to be really lazy right now. Had to run away a couple of times and needed to zone because the guards just watched. It worked with a skeleton once, but neither with skunk, rat and kobold. (I believe I could hear them laugh at me when I zoned)
