Quest Issue: Tonmerk doesn't cure disease

Tnmerk Ploskin at the Temple of Rodcet Nife gives you a "quest" to get cure disease cast on you. He requires you to give him 1 bandage and a bottle of brewer-made bog juice. I gave him the bandage and the bog juice, but he just gave them back, with no cure cast. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

This seems to work fine for me? I purchased a bandage from the vendor in North Qeynos, and handed 1 Bandage and 1 Bog Juice to Tonmerk while I had rabies and he cured it from me.
