From what I understand, the wiki has Velious Era Faction numbers ("Faction 2.0"), and is wrong. P99 Blue is currently on "Faction 1.0" (right?). I have tried to mark up the wiki article, but I just don't know enough to fix it. Feel free to edit it with empirical data for Faction 1.0.
