Hot Patch Notes: October 2nd, 2015

Double XP has been enabled until early Monday, October 5th!

February 2001 has been enabled on both servers. Effective immediately (not requiring a patch), the following changes are live:

• Rangers, Paladins and Shadowknights casting non-beneficial spells that have casting times greater than or equal to 3 seconds, now get a 3 % reduction in casting time for each level over 50.
• Rain spells no longer count pets against total number of entities
• Rushka Deklamoor now spawns in East Commonlands and sells a variety of new spells.
• Wurmslayer will now fit in bags.
• Ziglark Whisperwing and Wenglawks Kkeak are no longer immune.

The Wurmslayer will now fit in a bag.

Will this happen?

Plus Paladin/SK/Bard should get Warrior defense skill cap. Rangers should get warrior offensive/weapon type skill cap.

If these went under the radar, let me know and I can make a bug report.
