This is because the drop rate was nerfed. Before you come in and 'flame' someones thread you should have an idea of what you're talking about.

coming from you... a guy who abused the drop rate and camped bilge 24/7 and sold PKTs for like 12-16k back when the drop rate was bugged.

the rate apparently has been fixed, but there's still a ton of them on the server floating around.
