IP exemptions.. how long?

anyway we got ours in a couple days. I think we were lucky to catch them right before the batch one.

I got a reply in my thread. Just be patient, no need to bump your post. Ask and ye shall receive. I waited 4 or 5 days, but I think I was on the lucky end of the batch. We got our exemptions on Friday if that helps. So if it's 2-3 weeks typically, take that for what it's worth.

So they do them on Fridays? If so many people are asking and waiting, then i would think thats a big hit to the server population. Why wouldn't they check it more frequently? or make it one of the developers main assignments. I never wouldve cared except that ive leveled to level 32 and am trying to get 2 others in my house an exemption. Before anyone flames me......No I don't feel entitled. I just see this as kind of an important part of maintaining the server that shouldnt take 2-4 weeks. Anything that makes kunark come out faster i guess =p

Are you proficient in server maintenance? The 2-4 week time is someone's guess. *Usually* requests are answered within a week; 2 tops. If the first petition doesn't include all the necessary information, then I ask for it, and it takes longer. If something breaks that is more important than an IP exemption, then I fix it first.

Lol calm down Nilbog. I wasn't being rhetorical, and I really wanted to know if you do them on fridays. I understand its free and the server takes work etc. I was just truely curious as to how the system works and why it works the way it does. I don't know what an ip exemption involves, so that would help illustrate it better as well. As for what free job i do and how frequently....I review herbal blend incense...and i do a group of videos roughly every week because i like to do them all at once.........oh wait maybe thats why you do yours every week or so. lol because then i know I will be able to play with my folks with double exp bonus. and just because im curious as to an ETA. Theyre playing istaria while we wait, and I don't want to finally get the exemption to have them lost to that piece of shit.
