you can swarm with whatever you want, selos, sow, jboots, no movement speed buffs. Just adjust properly to compensate. Also ive never had selos not last at least 16-17 seconds. I can get 2 SS bp clicks(9 seconds i think each?) and selos will fall off just as im singing it to start it again.
