Just putting it out there. Bearnuts is the rudest player I've ever encountered on p1999. Between being so high and fucked up he lost all sense of moral compass to abuse me for rezzing him out of the blue in a complete act of random kindness most people know me for, to arguing continually and with little rational consideration, with a huge sense of entitlement.

kind of meh about the suspensions and deleveling. its just a minor setback to these

seeing a lot of people online i've never seen before. all the cheaters have multiple accounts i'm sure, so i assume that is why.
frankly, every account ever logged in from the cheaters IP's should be taken down as well

At first glance that seems to be a huge amount of plat. But dividing the sum by the 365 accounts will give an average of roughly 8,000 plat per banned account - a negligible amount when compared to the items those cheaters might have hoarded on their characters.

Account bans at the worst. IP ban is probably a little overboard. Besides, an account ban really accomplishes just as much. They still have to start over. Regardless, with this many people you just can't do it. It will do more harm than good to eliminate nearly 400 unique players from the server.

Oh and public shame isn't gonna solve anything. It's going to start grief and controversy in game. It will be easy enough to see who it had a big impact on, but a public list is just grounds for in game harassment. Terrible idea.

It's clear that the current method of detection works, so people who want to level up again and try and use Macroquest/ShowEQ...let them. It's only going to bite them in the ass. There's nothing that needs to be done that hasn't already been done.

Except maybe exp bonus week, everyone loves xp bonus week.

Douchiest class: Bards

Clerics and druids are the top two classes with cheaters.

Bard and enchanters are second most. However, there are more clerics/druids/enchanters than bards, meaning bards have the highest % of douche population in Everquest for a class. I don't think anyone was surprised there. However I was surprised that more necros (4th after monk)
