Miscellaneous: Singing Steel Boots effect?

This may not be a bug per se as I haven't seen them in game yet, but the wiki has the Singing Steel boots with the original "Summon Drink" effect. In April 2001 i.e. about 11 months after the release of Kunark the effect was changed to "Agilimente's Aria of Eagles" i.e. Levitate.
