Couple questions.

I am new and currently installing EQ as I type this but:

Is Kerra Isle first or second version? (I am hoping it's second)

What does it mean Nektulos file needs to be modified? I didn't see that in the startup guide and am planning on making an inky. Edit: Oh is this just the eqchanges.zip?
