He has never been punished for distributing the texture modification files to cheat with, and he plans to continue cheating (typical red99 dirtbag).

Yeah, that is not "rampant hacking" lol not to mention it was never confirmed that Lite was the modifier or the distributor considering the file came from a anon forum account. Sorry but a Whatsapp photo of him telling his friends that it was posted on the forums is not "rampant hacking" nor is it him distributing.
