Globalload.txt Error

I haven't tried to log in since the velious was first released, I just downloaded the new patch and I cannot get to character screen because I get a "Globalload.txt is not current version, please download all p99 files". I have done this multiple times and still not getting anywhere. Anyone had this issue and can help me out? I am running this on Windows 7 and I have never had any issues before and was playing when Velious was first released. Any help would be appreciated [You must be logged in to view images.
