I'm a new P99 (but not new to EQ) player since a couple of weeks back and loving it so far, what a great community! But this filter made it very difficult to get started and communicate with other players and NPCs. I was not even able to "hail" NPCs in Halas to get newbie quests, so surely it´s not quite working as intended.
