As a solo druid, it's a pretty fun zone. I haven't been in a while but what I use to do is keep a corpse full of fish scales outside and bind in case of trouble.
Even seahorse caves aren't too bad if you use a little bit of finesse. It was fun for me to take on something that I considered challenging - pulls of two or three wizard, druid, and cleric mobs? Underwater? Sign me up. Yeah I died a bit back then, but once you get the groove you're golden. It's like with anything in this game. Learn the pulls, learn the mobs, learn your strategy. I've also done all of this multiple times without a goblin ring for the invis. I was 57 and sacrificed down. Always preferred kedge over bear pits just because it really keeps me on my toes. (concerning sea horse caves, once cleared and staggered into twos - it's more manageable) I mean really a druid who's willing to put the time and frustration in starting out can live here from 34 to 60. | ||
