The problem with maintaining neutrality is that there really *are* good guys and bad guys in life, but you begin to delude yourself into believing that everyone is equal. This is the root of modern liberalism and the creed that we must tolerate downright assholes as long as they play by the rules. It's a sickness of the mind and I'm afraid some staff might have lost their perspective in this way.
