I found the Erudin boat announcement message!

Reko Saltamer shouts 'The ship to Antonica has departed the Qeynos Docks. Please finish up any business you may have here in Erudin and make your way towards the docks if you intend to travel to Qeynos.

The compendium did not list anything for freeport, although he didn't list the BB message either. Perhaps "Freeport Harbormaster" existed as they mentioned in a thread he would do his shout in 'All 3 freeport zones', it is my understanding EQ 2 didn't have 3 zones and they were later merged to 1?

Will have to look into that later.
