Resurrection spell stacking question

Can someone confirm how the %xp returned rules apply to resurrection spells? Is it only the first landed rez that returns any % xp back? Any subsequent rezz'es will only work as as TL back to corpse? Does necro res work differently somehow?

I'm a newly minted 58 cleric, and was told today that if another cleric rezzes me for 0%, i'll then be able to clicky myself back, and get xp back. That wasn't the case. So I just ate a full death, which really hurt at lvl 57. That same cleric said, that 0% rez and a second necro rez worked for a necro earlier. So what's the beef on this one?

If this is a bug, and 0% first rez should stack with later xp rez, can I petition? I did loot my corpse fully though, after multiple clicking and swearing..
