I know most of you are poor and probably live with relatives or rent. And if you're a red player you're probably in a halfway house, mental institution, or a "guest" of the state.
In either case, if you do ever find yourself in a position to own a home you'll need to hire a contractor at some point. When you do don't ever pay them 50% at half completion. Withholding all payment until the full job is done satisfactorily is the best leverage you have to motivate them to perform. You don't want them leaving your job halfway to pursue a more lucrative job that popped up, do you? Hint: The answer is no.
