Spirit Talker's War Lance 19/30 on Green

Item was 25/30 when Velious launched, then nerfed in preparation for the October 2001 (Chardok 2.0) patch, which also included buffs to lances such as Narandi's Lance. However, the Spirit Talker's War Lance is still a 19/30 at this time.
