Agreed. Honestly there don't need to be many/any rules.

If you removed the rules people will train each other for a week or two and get bored of not getting pixels. It'll be self correcting.

I've been thinking about this lately, what if we just made it completely legal to train other raid forces? It would eliminate basically any resources CSR spends on adjudicating raid behavior. It would be a much more interesting case study for PVP in a way that would likely work much better for the community than a true PVP (i.e. Red) server. It would increase the amount of skill and complexity needed to defeat content (which is way more trivial on P99 than it ever was in classic).

My viewpoint is that after a couple weeks of huffy puffies that the adjustments raid forces would end up making would actually revert gameplay much closer to classic where guilds actually clear to targets to de-risk the chance of a competitor training them.
