I think there should be a different between people who where really cheating or some who only logged a second char on just for porting or a rezz.

That activity is just as much against the rules are running showeq or macroquest. Don't cheat if you can't deal with the penalties.

I knew that but I think the punishing should not be so hard then as you really cheating. Thats my opinion and be sure I did non of that things, I just think there is a different between those things.
