Do those logs account for level? I don't have any old school logs obviously, but seeing as I was able to solo sub-20 back in classic and can't now, I have to assume, with a high degree of confidence, that it's overdone atm at least at those levels.

Seafuries are the lowest level mobs I have classic logs for, but they're showing the same ratio as level 60 warrior mobs. No true lowbie mob logs though.
