Some of the halflings in Rivervale have last names that seem questionable (Flyddia Deeppockets, for instance). I think the question should be, "could an NPC plausibly have this name?" before any action is taken on whether a name/surname combination is against the rules.
Most of the name changes I've seen were not that unreasonable and I honestly wouldn't have whined about it the way some of you do. | ||
