Its pretty easy to stay away from jail just don't hang with idiots who get you in trouble. As for finding the software online. Yar, your best option. Ignore the kid above, if you start downloading 5000 movies and every game that's NEW then yeah you might want to worry, they only bother the people who are really causing them money loss.
