No, it fucking wouldn't be ok.

Mahgda knew who the item belonged to, it wasn't some random drop transfer gone awry, he knew the warrior twink dropped it, he knew it should be returned, but he didn't care. He decided the twink already had a bunch of money and that it was TMO and we don't like them, therefore he should get to keep the item.

There's zero hypocrisy involved. TMO is full of a bunch of shitty sociopaths would who slit their own mother's throats to get more pixels, or people who are too cowardly to stand up and say "I don't like this behavior" because they'd rather get more pixels, and I fucking hate them; but stealing from them isn't ok just because they are shitbags.

If you have a problem with the decision, too bad. Shouldn't have stolen something. There's no fucking hypocrisy, just precedence, and that precedence is that BDA doesn't harbor thieves.
