They always did... I went max scowl to max ally turning them in. What EXACTLY changed?

Wonder if it has anything to do with the content not being repoped/reset when they implemented the changes? That could have just been where they were trying to modify the hitboxes and it changed the size also.

The Ornate Velium Pendants currently in game should remain in their un-nerfed state... but I am curious if they are still dropping in their un-nerfed state? Or have they been replaced with the nerfed version with limited charges? These were supposed to be nerfed very early in velious (first week from what I've read) and the pre-nerf version was INSANELY rare on live.

Show me evidence of them being removed first week let alone the first month. Evidence being a link not including testimony from P99 posters.

I've yet to find any. The earliest mention of the charged version is 6 months.
