This may very well be the last election in the USA, I'm downright serious. Well, there will still be elections, but Canada and Mexico will vote in future politicians for us. Or at least they would try to let them, ya know? Not that they would be anything other than strip and flip elections with a predetermined outcome.

Well, not to be too "get off my lawn", but I've been hearing this type of thing (and variations thereof) since the early-80's. And I'm quite certain folks older than me have been hearing it for even longer.

While the Dems are still gonna Dem, the Republicans are in the middle of a battle for the direction of their party's future. Once that's resolved, it will all be back to business as usual. The two-party system is big business, and big businesses don't go away easily.
