I think there is a related bug that firebeetles don’t seem to spawn commonly / at all on p99 in the newbie yard.

Also the newbie mobs in paineel should spawn in 3s (with all of the triplet needing to be killed before they respawn), a bit like the ancient croc or bloated alligator PHs do.
