Quest Issue: Sky quests are not upgraded..?

actually we waited for them to be patched in, if you follow the dialog for the same quest they ask if you want to trade them in. Also this helps

"Note: A large number (though not all) of PoS quest items underwent a post-Kunark upgrade on live. This upgrade was implemented on the 7/24/11 p1999 patch. If you have the old version, you will need to talk to the same NPC you obtained it from to get the new item. When available the quest rewards are listed as Reward: Original Item (Upgraded Item)."
