Also, not counting how many warlords Salty probably killed, but my group yesterday and the day before killed 81 skeletal warlords and not one Tranquil Staff. Not one has dropped yet on the beta server that I have heard of. I know it's a rare item but that rare? This is with a 6 minute respawn timer and not the 26 minute respawn.

I remember camping these with my guild (very small non powerful raid guild, basically Chardok Royals minus Queen were the limits of our capability) We had 3-4 monks with these on Veeshan server. Not to mention the 50 other monks on the server rocking these. I can remember seeing 3 of these drop in 1 long session in Karnor's. Maybe it was just a lucky day, but I spent 100s of hours in KC, and I know people didn't always /shout when they got one, but I saw many many /shout messages regarding Tstaffs.

Definitely not this rare.

sounds like he got lucky then... i remember reading somewhere it was approx a 0.5% drop rate back in the day. no evidence so dont take that as written. they certainly were no more than 1% at the very least

Ultra rares rare but they were never even close to 1 in 200 rare.

Deein also has a Painbringer which drops from a zone that hasnt been opened yet.. so...
