Essentially, like i said, it's pre-discovery... Sony has issued several of these, they do it all the time... thousands come out weekly... basically its like a form letter to indicate that they *MAY* be willing to go after a case if they deem it worthy of their time... So essentially Based on Rogean's response he either hasn't received it or Sony simply put it out there as a form letter and doesn't intend to act upon it...

none the less seems like they are keeping an eye on things.

honestly i don't think he's immune, however i do think sony would have to be hell-pressed to do anything... similar trials have occured and sony has lost them based on two facts: 1.) they never modified the client software. and 2.) the emulator server does not use Sony's coding... thus they failed. change either one of those variable and they might try something but honestly who is going to sue someone of a game that is barely profitable anymore?
