His base damage is off. Alunova told me he had set all the mobs. Maybe it wasn't patched.

Indeed, I was confused with Velious/PoP era shield usage. Btw the original Velious era AC cap / shield discussion is here: http://www.thesteelwarrior.org/forum...ead.php?t=7643 (Kavhok's post is #10)
Do you guys (devs) mind sharing if the P99 code implement AC cap similar to the original system? If so, any way to get some insight on the soft / hard cap numbers? Thanks again for the fixes, looking forward to test again!

Hey Rogean, can I ask how you guys are calculating kick and bash damage?
From the looks of the first log posted, bash and kick damage seems to be much higher than it should. This might be more than an issue with base damage.

I did mention that it might be more than an issue of base damage.
Kick and Bash damage is almost entirely the NPC's DB + level. In the case of the original log, the DB is around 200 with a bash resulting in 727. I was more wondering what was being factored into kick and bash damage here.

Actually Koros I have classic logs of dragons (Gorenaire) bashing for much higher.

Vindicator's DB is 200... hitting for 200+(trivial amount) would be in line with 202... what am I missing?
