TMO was a benevolent organization that provided epic MQs for a reasonable price to people in guilds that were unable to kill the raid bosses themselves.

Just proxies should always agree up front to the minimum number of mobs you want exp from before you pay the full price. Say "if its only such and such number I'll pay 1k and below that number i'll pay nothing."...everyone present should be in agreement on minimum pull size to advance the @....if it advances and you didn't get exp...well at least you didn't pay

If you agreed on 2k a pull, it's 2k a pull. I'd argue you owe nothing, honestly, due to the pull being botched. You're not responsible for their screw ups. Guy doubling up the price is a scum bag. But Chardok AE and anyone who supports it are ruining / have ruined the server, so I sincerely hope you paid the 4k.
