This all seems so simple to me. I don't understand why it isn't for others. A duty to do something is created from a relationship of some sort, (ex: I am your employee, I have a duty to follow your orders as my boss or quit. ex 2: You paid me $100 to paint your house, I have a duty to paint your house as per our agreement). The Dev's host this server for free, and graciously invite us to use it without charge. The Dev's receive nothing from us, and thus have no duty towards us. We receive something from the Dev's, and have the duty to them to be appreciative for it, as they ask for nothing else in return.
Let me try simplifying that even more - Leaving aside the general EQ principle that there is no entitlement, the Dev's of P99 do not owe anyone here anything. - Benjy (35 Magi) | ||

No. I was commenting how the effect becomes far far less useful even before Kunark comes out. It was taken out of the game first, and then nerfed heavily later on. Just saying that other than a collectible, it isn't overly useful later on.
