How I want to deal w/ ISIL
In my opinion all prisoners are more than likely dead anyhow already. So state that to them, then warn all citizens to GTFO or to bad so sad. Then promptly state any and all radical religious based militants ( not just Islamists ) will be treated as a warring nation and kill them all. Sick of this shit.
