Priest of Order shouldn't be there

- There's no mention of it on allakhazam or anywhere else on the web (other than P99, or referring to P99)
- I don't remember him being there back on live

He really shouldn't be there I think.

People who turned in books but want to clear the PvP flag should have to reroll.
