without revealing too much, im gonna say i feel for you man.

it takes a lot of time, a lot of work and a lot of pain, but you have to do it. thats no way to live, brotha, trust me.

Going to tell you what every counselor/'expert'/doctor you talk to is gonna tell you: You have to relocate, get away from those people who are bringing you down, and never talk to them again. You will not succeed if you dont do this, period.

Look into detox/outpatient/inpatient services in your area. If you're where I was, theres no other way to stop, you can't do it on your own.

If you want to talk more hit me up, but honestly you are going to have to do a lot of shit you dont want to do to get out of this. You posting here makes me think you want out badly enough to do that, but idk you or your situation, so maybe not.
