people that produce value for a wage have most of that value stolen from their labor, and any hierarchy outside the idea that management-is-value in a worker owned coop is essentially boss>worker oppression de facto, regardless of what you call it. this is the essence of the dichotomy I was talking about. granted it is only one facet of classism, but it is fairly all-encompassing.
