They are done in batches, when a member of staff has time. Currently the staff is under heavy load with all the server downtime, so it could be a little bit.

Stay patient and it will be processed. Also, do NOT bump the post, as that will just put you back at the end of the line.

In the interim, use a neighbor's wifi or tether with your smart phone data plan.

These used to take upwards of 2 months btw; they are usually done in a couple weeks max now days.

Just to give you a time frame, mine took 8 days. I requested it on the 23rd of July and got a response on the 31st. Seemed pretty quick to me. Also don't comment on your post in the petition forum because they do them from the bottom up. So if you bump your post to the top you are basically putting yourself at the end of the line! =) *edit* And I see that someone above me already said that lol! ^.^
