Paying for pl via levels and not some consideration for class/race or time.

For example a halfling cleric vs an ikaar necro or even a bard.

Consider it his niceness to not charge the exp penalty classes any more.

By the way, you posted the exact same thing in the other bard's thread. Are you looking for someone to charge by the hour as opposed to the level or someone to have a different price for every race/class combination?

I think he's wanting the opposite. He wants a discount for a class that doesn't take as much time to level is my guess.
