Fiora's ult doesn't even function properly. Anyone with a zhonya's, any form of inlvun, or even a momentary untargetable effect is a hard counter. Not to mention Jax's counterstrike.

I wouldnt cry if they buffed it but it can counter a few other chars ults well. Off the top of my head kennan.. fizz Etc. Just gotta wait for them to blow that skill so you can properly ult.
