NPC Spawn Issue: Drelzna in Najena

I am a 51 bard and was in Najena earlier with some guildies. I obtained the proper key to open drelzna's room and killed the necromancer placeholders at least ten times with no drelzna pop. With Najena being a very difficult zone for some very mediocre loot, I think the spawn rate issue should be addressed.

Not a bug.. as much as your bad luck it would seem.

She has a higher % to spawn than most named in dungeons.
