Miscellaneous: Teleporter in Plane of Hate?

No one has been able to find anything definitive regarding this. Even the Plane of Hate guides written after this patch don't reference a zone out, but stressing that everyone needs ports or rez outs. I've searched for tons of different maps and none of them include it.

Important: Unlike Fear, there is no 'Portal' out of hateplane, nor can anyone bind there. Everyone must be group gated out that cannot Gate themselves, and if you're low on evacers, a good tactic is the following: Have the rogue or monk duel an evacer, and have the cleric rez/revive them immediately. Then they can TP out a group, get revived again, then they should loot their items and make another duel corpse to teleport out the next group. Repeat as many times as necessary, but make sure you make a new corpse before each teleport, to prevent the ten minute rez limit running out. Congratulations! You've cleared the Plane of Hate.
